Mission: To create a collaborative network to promote the success of women within the retail real estate industry.

President's Message:

Dear Members,

It is with great excitement that I undertake my new role as President of WIRRE for the 2008-2009 season. I want to express my sincerest gratitude to Claire Coolidge, last year's President, for all of her hard work and dedication. Claire was immensely successful at increasing the membership and visibility of our organization, and her tireless efforts did not go unnoticed. Claire has continued to be incredibly helpful as I transition into this role, and I appreciate her continuing support on the Executive Committee.

This year we will continue the great WIRRE tradition of promoting the success of women within the retail real estate industry. We will continue to deliver informative and creative programs that enable our members to gain knowledge of the market and to network with peers and colleagues. And we will continue our work in the community through our community service programs. I encourage all of you to join us in our efforts to growing WIRRE and extending its reach.

Thank you to all of our officers and all of the participants on this year's Executive Committee.  We continue to have great success due to all of your hard work and diligent efforts. Specifically, I would like to welcome and congratulate Stephanie Williamson of Trinity Group Construction, our President Elect. I am eager to work with Stephanie throughout this year and the coming years.

As always, we want to hear from our members, so any suggestions, news, events or program ideas are always welcome. I thank you all for your tireless dedication to the success of WIRRE.
