November2010 - Toys for Tots
We collected donations for DC Toys for Tots, an organization which distributestoys to needy children during the holiday season in Washington, DC; MontgomeryCounty, Maryland; and Arlington, Alexandria and Fairfax, Virginia.

February2010 - Support Our Troops
To support our troops, WIRRE collected donations for U.S. Army White PlatoonDelta Company I-64, currently stationed in Iraq.

January2010 - Capital Area Food BankWIRRE collected donations for the Capital Area Food Bank. The Capital Area FoodBank serves the District, Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties in Maryland,and six counties in Northern Virginia. The mission of the Capital Area FoodBank is to not only distribute food, but also to educate, empower and enlightenthe community on the issues of hunger and nutrition. Each year the Capital AreaFood Bank helps feed over 383,000 people at risk of hunger.

December2009 - Calvary Women's Services
WIRRE held an in-kind donation drive for Calvary Women's Services, an organizationthat offers housing and services to homeless women.
